What did you know about the Villain? The villain is different from the antagonist. So, antagonists are not necessarily evil, they only oppose actions, thoughts, motives, etc. (in the story) towards the protagonist. The term does not say anything about the true personality of the character. This is only a role in the plot.
While villains, it’s a little more intense. A criminal has evil actions or motives and is responsible for certain problems, hazards, or damage. A criminal is something bad.
