If habits and learning routines are a form of hereditary behavior, it’s OK that it could be due to the influence of genes. But keep in mind that gene manifestations (or descendants) are also strongly influenced by the environment. Students who have a conducive environment in learning, the longer it will be more affected by the habits of other colleagues. This is an example of positive environmental influences. It should also be noted that the style and learning habits of a student are very individual. This means that the way a student learns is not the same as the way of other students.

Each person has a unique way of learning, including the ways and learning strategies. The more we understand our uniqueness, strengths, and weaknesses, the more we can learn effectively.
When it comes to learning, you can use previous learning material to learn new things. This is called relational learning, where we will involve new information on things we already know.
When you try to learn, you need to learn and apply new things. One way to become an effective learner is to continue learning. By repeating learning new things and practicing them, we are building a network path in the brain that will strengthen our connection with the new information.
We agree that learning is important. It needs many aspects of life. The problem is that a person’s ability to absorb and possess new knowledge is actually limited. Especially, in the age, which the information overloads like now, the amount of knowledge that can be learned already exceeds human capacity to absorb it. This means that with limited time, energy, memory, and other abilities, we need to give priority to learning strategies that can give us maximum results in limited time.
